Producing dance, combined arts and participatory work under the ReStaged moniker, Katy Noakes is an arts professional of over twenty years’ standing. Collaborating with artists and organisations, Katy works to create the best conditions for artists to make their best work. Valuing inclusion and audience development, she creates pathways and productions that build bridges between genres and new audiences, with a particular interest in performance as public art.
